Subject: Help Ticket System (HTS)

The Enterprise Technology Services Help Ticket System (HTS) will reach end of life in January 2019. With that, ETS will continue to support state agencies by providing a temporary solution for IT help tickets and purchase requests. The temporary solution will be in place January 15, with the new solution slated for launch in the 1st quarter of 2019.


When the HTS reaches end of life, the applications will be permanently inaccessible.


In the interim, for all technical assistance or IT purchase submissions, please contact the ETS HelpDesk where a ticket will be created for you.
